About Reservation
1.The exhibition will be open from November 10, 2025, to February 10, 2026.
2.Visiting hours are Wednesday to Saturday, 13:00–15:00 and 15:00–17:00（Public holidays excluded）. Each session admits a maximum of 20 visitors. The venue closes at 17:00.
3.All visitors need to get advance time-entry tickets online. You will receive a confirmation email after booking.If you need to change or cancel your visit, please inform us in advance through email (info@thecloudcollection.org) and make a new reservation. Visitors who miss the reservation without notice will not be allowed to make an appointment to visit for 30 days.
4.During the exhibition period, there will be two guided tours scheduled daily: the first at 1:30 PM and the second at 3:30 PM. Please plan your visit accordingly.
5.Each reservation is valid for one entry. Please submit your reservation at least one day in advance. On-site reservations are not accepted.
6.For group reservations, please contact us via our official account for confirmation. Staff may reach out to coordinate your visit.
Visitor Guidelines
1.Please set mobile phones to silent or vibrate mode. Do not make or take calls inside the exhibition space.
2.Keep conversations low to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
3.All equipment, screens, projection surfaces, paintings, and photographs are delicate. Do not touch, lean on, or impact any exhibits.
4.Maintain a safe distance from all artworks. Do not touch any exhibits, and refrain from loud noises, running, or rough behavior.
5.Some areas are dimly lit for artistic effect. Please watch your step and move slowly.
6.You may take non-commercial photos of certain works without flash or tripods.
7.To protect artists' intellectual property, video recording is prohibited throughout the exhibition.
8.Please keep personal valuables with you. The organizer is not liable for lost items.
9.Food, beverages, flammable items, and large luggage are not allowed in the venue.
10.Some video works may contain flickering lights, specific sound frequencies, or sensitive content. Viewer discretion is advised.
